The property is fully furnished with gas central heating through out and is seperated into three rooms:
Sitting room / Kitchen / Dining area / Bedroom and a Shower Room.

The Sitting Room has all you need for an enjoyable stay, including a television with Freeview, a radio and CD player.

The Kitchen is fully equiped with an electric cooker, microwave and utensils.

The Bedroom has a double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside cabinets and clock radio.

The Shower Room has a walk in shower, heated towel rail, and all amenities

The Garden is fully enclosed with a hedgerow, fruit trees and shrubs, and a garden table with chairs and umbrella.

Items Included All bed linen, small range of bathroom towels, tea towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
A small amount of: milk, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, butter, jams, cereals and bread.
